Envelheci...calar...I got old ... shut up ...

 Olá!

Hoje eu escrevo durante o dia... segunda-feira nublada e estranha.

Durante esse ano de pandemia eu envelheci 10 anos... minha alma e meu rosto estão envelhecidos. 

Com a chegada da vacinação, eu espero poder estar mais tranquila e recuperar um pouco do que eu perdi... ganhar? acredito que nada, a não ser mais irritação e menos tolerância...é assim que me sinto hoje.

Deixo uma frase minha para a semana:

"Quando não tiveres nada de bom para falar, melhor se calar."

é o que eu farei essa semana e todos os dias sempre que puder...mas não prometo, pois as vezes a alma dói e explode de tal maneira que eu tenho que vomitar palavras aqui e acolá...

Today I write during the day ... cloudy and strange Monday.

During that year of the pandemic I aged 10 years ... my soul and my face are aged.

With the arrival of the vaccination, I hope I can be more calm and recover some of what I missed ... to win? I believe that nothing but more irritation and less tolerance ... that's how I feel today.

"When you have nothing good to say, you better shut up."

is what I will do this week and every day whenever I can ... but I do not promise, because sometimes the soul hurts and explodes in such a way that I have to vomit words here and there ...

E espero estar ainda por muito tempo por  aqui.

A ausência é mesmo pela falta de palavras  boas, porque de palavras  ruins tem muitas...

O mundo continua lutando contra o  nosso inimigo atual, a Covid-19... mas além dele, existem outros que  estão fazendo parte de nosso dia a dia... as pessoas,   pela  falta de bom senso , de respeito, da irresponsabilidade , da ignorância , da falta de sensibilidade, do descaso...esses são vírus visíveis e terríveis que convivemos todos os dias e que nos afetam profundamente ...qual é o vírus mais mortal ,pergunto eu ? para mim , todos...💔

É isso...
